5. Subscription and Payment Information

Startlife offers optional premium subscription plans. We want to be transparent about how payment and subscription data is handled:

We do not collect payment information: Startlife does not collect, store, or process any payment details, billing information, or credit card data. All subscription purchases are handled entirely by Apple through your Apple ID.
Apple handles all billing: When you subscribe to Startlife, payment is processed by Apple using the payment method associated with your Apple ID. We do not have access to your payment credentials or billing details.
Limited subscription data we receive: We may receive limited information from Apple related to your subscription, such as your subscription status (active or expired), the type of subscription plan, and the date of purchase or renewal. This information is used solely to provide you with access to premium features.
Data protection: Any personal data related to your subscription status is handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and is subject to the same security measures described herein.

6. Tracking and Third-Party SDKs

Startlife does not use third-party advertising SDKs or tracking technologies.
We do not track users across other apps or websites.
If analytics tools are used (e.g., Apple or Firebase Analytics), all data is anonymized and aggregated.

Data is encrypted during transmission (HTTPS/TLS).
Access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
Servers are hosted in secure, GDPR-compliant data centers.
Local data on your device is protected by Apple's native security mechanisms (Keychain, Secure Enclave).

8. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected.
You can delete your account or request data removal at any time by emailing stas@startlife.org.
Upon deletion, all personal data is permanently erased from our systems within 30 days.

Startlife is not designed for children under 13.
